For which the candidate has to login with his confirmation number and date of birth in Consent for Exam in Other Application Menu on HOME PAGE of OJAS website Advertisement No.: FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class-3 Consent form dated 24/07/2023 from 11.00 am. It has to be filled on 07/08/2023 within 11.00 hours in the morning. Last Date : 07/08/2023 after 11.00 am any candidate to give the exam Consent form cannot be filled.
Candidates who will submit Advertisement No.: FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class-III “Consent Form to Give Examination” online at OJAS website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in Code to Download Exam Collator will be generated and a receipt will be generated for submitting the consent form. The candidate has to take a print out and keep it with himself.
Candidate has to keep the code to download collator. Without the code the candidate will not be able to download the collator for admission to the exam which candidates should take special note of.
Candidates who do not fill this consent form within the stipulated time will automatically cancel the online applications made under advertisement number: FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class-3. And such candidates will also not be able to download their call letter for the upcoming competitive \ examination of Forest Guard Class-III Advertisement No: FOREST/202223/1 and will not be able to appear in the examination and any representations in this regard will not be entertained by the account later.
