Order Aadhaar PVC Card is a new service launched by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). This online service facilitates the aadhar card holder to get their aadhaar details printed on PVC card by paying nominal charges. People can now apply online for an Aadhar PVC Card at official website resident.uidai.gov.in. This new Aadhaar PVC Card will come in a convenient size to carry in your wallet like ATM.
All those residents who do not have registered mobile number can also Order Aadhaar PVC Card using Non-Registered or Alternate Mobile Number. The all new Aadhar PVC Card is durable, looks attractive and has latest security features. The security features comprises of a hologram, Guilloche Pattern, ghost image & Microtext.

How to Order Aadhaar PVC Card Online [Apply]
Below is the complete process of how to Order Aadhaar PVC Card online:-
Step 1: To Apply Online for Aadhar PVC Card, firstly visit the official website of UIDAI at https://resident.uidai.gov.in/
Step 2: In the “My Aadhaar” section present in the main menu at homepage, click at “Order Aadhaar PVC Card” link or directly click this link.
Step 3: Upon clicking this link, the Order Aadhaar PVC Card online page will open as shown below:
Step 4: Here applicants can enter the 12 digit Aadhaar number or a 16 digit Virtual ID or the 28 digit EID. Then enter the security code or captcha as you see in the picture and then click at the “Send OTP” button.
Step 5: You will get an OTP on the registered mobile number. Applicants can enter the OTP and submit it through online mode.
Step 6: After submitting , you will have a preview of the PVC card in front of you.
Step 7: Then applicants can click on the “Make Payment” option below. After doing this, you will be redirected to the payment page and you have to pay the fee.
Step 8: Applicants can pay their Aadhar PVC Card fees through Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking / UPI. Your Aadhaar PVC card will be ordered as soon as payment is made.
Salient Features of All New Aadhar PVC Card
PVC cards are called polyvinyl chloride cards. A PVC card is a plastic card on which the Aadhaar information is printed. A fee of Rs. 50 is charged for making this card. Here are some of the most important points to be kept in mind while applying online for all new Aadhar PVC Card:-
Order Aadhaar card by paying Rs 50/-(inclusive of GST & Speed post charges)
Use your Aadhaar Number/Virtual Identification Number/EID to order Aadhaar card.
Aadhaar card comes with security features i.e. Digitally signed Secure QR code, Hologram, Ghost image, Guilloche pattern etc.
Validation through OTP
- Aadhaar card can be ordered using Registered/Alternate mobile number to receive OTP.
- Aadhaar preview is available on use of registered mobile only.
- Time-Based-One-Time-Password (TOTP) can also be used via m-Aadhaar Application.
- Preview of Aadhaar card details is not available for Non-registered mobile based Order.
